WDL understands that for women to fully enjoy their rights, gender inclusion has to be mainstreamed at all policy levels. It is universally acknowledged that the inclusion of women; whether it may be in any kind of work, opportunity and establishment, depends on the gender structure in both creator and moderator associations. We want to put a way forward where programs, policies, workplaces implement and promote gender equal systems through deliberate consideration of including all genders in all stages of planning and execution. This is extremely vital for women to prosper in any community and we play our role in ensuring that they are seen equal to men, their voices heard and taken to account.
